FLOWER GARDEN OPENS

PERRYVILLE -- Mark A. Hotop has opened Andrew's Flower Garden, 9 East Ste. Maries St., in Perryville.

Hotop, originally from Cape Girardeau, has eight years' experience working with flowers.

Grand opening for the new flower shop took place July 10-11. Velda Sutterer won the grand opening prize of a fresh arrangement delivered monthly for a whole year.

"The flower shop will cater to every occasion," Hotop said, "such as funerals, weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries.

"I want to leave myself open to the customers' needs."

Starting this week, Andrew's Flower Garden will make de~liveries, Hotop said. For the first two to three months, free deliveries will be made in Perryville, he said.

"I have contacted Teleflora and FTD," Hotop said, "and hope to have those services available very soon."

Andrew's Flower Garden will be open from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.
