Ryan Hummert was shot Monday while responding to a truck fire in suburban St. Louis. Two police officers were also shot.

Police believe the fire was set to lure emergency workers to the neighborhood. The county medical examiner on Wednesday identified remains from a burned home at the scene as 52-year-old Mark Knobbe, who committed suicide by shooting himself in the head.
