ADVANCE, Mo. -- Officers from the Advance Police Department, Stoddard County Sheriff's Department, Southeast Missouri Drug Task Force and the Missouri State Highway Patrol executed two search warrants on Halloween that resulted in the arrests of five Advance residents.
One warrant was served at 204 E. Benton St. and the second at 204 W. Benton St., both in Advance.
During the search, officers found items that tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Officers also found marijuana at 204 E. Benton St., along with paraphernalia used to ingest methamphetamine and marijuana.
In addition to the controlled substance and paraphernalia, officers found a loaded handgun.
Arrested were Haley Hale, 28; Kendra Arnold, 23; Avery Williams, 26; Braden Hawkins, 22; and Darla Rogers, 45, all of Advance. All five were charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Arnold also was found to have three warrants for her arrest on misdemeanor charges.
