First lady in Mo. to promote anti-obesity campaign

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Michelle Obama visited a Walmart in Springfield to promote her campaign to fight childhood obesity.

The first lady made the stop Thursday during a two-day tour celebrating her "Let's Move" campaign. She praised Walmart for giving customers what she called "healthy products at a price they can afford" and for opening stores in underserved communities.

Mrs. Obama toured the southwest Missouri store with Walmart officials, who also announced a new "Great For You" icon the store is now using to highlight healthy foods.
