JACKSON -- Bent Creek On The Green will showcase its condominium development in March.
"We have completed one building and have started construction on a second building," said Mike Litzelfelner of Litz Bros., Inc. "Each building contains four condominium units."
The project, planned for 4.5 acres between the 10th and 18th fairways of the Bent Creek Golf Club, calls for a total of 26 units in seven buildings.
"We have planned a week-long open house to show the public what we have," said Litzelfelner. "We'll be conducting tours of two different floor plans the Augusta and Spyglass."
Tours will be conducted from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 6 and 13 and from noon to 5 p.m. March 7 and 14.
"In between the weekends, we'll show the condos by appointment," said Litzelfelner.
There are two floor plan options. "The August units are one-story, two-bedroom, two-bath units and have 1,306 square feet," he said. "The Spyglass unit contains 1,668 square feet, and has three bedrooms, three baths, spread over a two-story layout."
The display units have been designed and furnished by Rust & Martin of Cape Girardeau, said Litzelfelner.
"Bent Creek on the Green offers a unique style of living to people in Southeast Missouri," said Litzelfelner. "Whether you enjoy playing golf or not, the atmosphere allows you to relax and enjoy the good life while overlooking the lavish greens and fairways of Bent Creek Golf Course."
The first building is located near the clubhouse, and contains four living units two single-level, two-bedroom units and two units with the two-story design.
Standard building features include basements, decks and patios and two-car garages. "Some of the amenities include special playing privileges to Bent Creek Golf Course, landscape maintenance, in-ground irrigation, concrete streets, city underground utilities, and police and fire protection," noted Litzelfelner.
The buildings will have plenty of space, said Litzelfelner. The first-level living room of the Spyglass design features a living room of 19x18 feet, and the second level features a 16.4x17 foot bedroom.
A variation is also offered on the Spyglass design. "This is the Oakmont design," said Litzelfelner. "It consists of 1,703 square feet in two stories and offers some options on the interior floor plan.
