Ferry from Kentucky to Missouri closed due to flooding
DORENA, Mo. -- The Hickman-Dorena Ferry remains closed due to high water on Kentucky Route 1354 at Hickman, Ky. The Hickman-Dorena Ferry has been closed since March 19. The ferry will remain closed until river gauge at Cairo drops to 43.5 feet. With current river level projections it is possible the ferry will remain closed until sometime after April 16 if no additional significant precipitation hits the area...
