Charge: Conspiracy to distribute 5 or more grams of methamphetamine and aiding and abetting the possession of 5 or more grams of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute

Summary: A jury found Walley guilty, finding that between October 2005 and May 2006 Walley conspired with others to distribute more than 5 grams of methamphetamine. Witnesses testified he made three trips to Las Vegas for the purpose of acquiring methamphetamine to be resold in the Southeast Missouri area. On April 23, following his last trip to Las Vegas, Walley was stopped in a vehicle in which officers recovered 38 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
