Name: Larry L. Horton

Age: 21

Residence: Charleston, Mo.

Charge: Unlawful possession of a firearm.

Summary: On Jan. 16, a Charleston police officer discovered a Glock .40-caliber pistol on Horton's person that was loaded with nine rounds of ammunition. Due to Horton's previous felony conviction, he is prohibited from possessing a firearm. He was sentenced Monday to 52 months in prison.
