Maberry is accused of robbing a Commerce Bank branch in Jefferson County, Mo., on July 2. He could face additional charges.

Maberry turned himself in last week after the FBI released surveillance photos from several bank robberies. The FBI dubbed the robber the "I-55 Bandit" because some of the crimes occurred near Interstate 55.

Maberry is under investigation in 10 robberies and two robbery attempts since May at banks in Illinois, Missouri, Maryland, West Virginia and Tennessee.
