A magician, carnival games, coloring contests and other activities have been scheduled for the second annual Farm and Home Savings "Family Week" celebration.

"The celebration starts today and will continue through the week," said Karen Rigdon, manager of the branch at 211 Silver Springs Road.

The celebration is designed to honor past and future generations of families who bank with the firm. Activities, prize drawings and refreshments will highlight the event, which will be held during normal business hours at the Cape Girardeau branch office.

"In recognition of Family Week, we're inviting Head Start groups to visit our facility," said Rigdon. "We'll have gifts for the students and video tapes for the school."
