FAMILY FUN FAIR SET FOR SATURDAY

The Family Fun Fair sponsored by the Junior Optimist Club of Cape Girardeau will be held Saturday from noon to 4 p.m.
The fund-raiser will be held at Washington Elementary School playground. A puppet and magic show, a dunking booth and other events are planned.

The club is a service club sponsored by the Evening Optimist Club and the Division of Youth Services. Members range in age from 12 to 17. Proceeds will be divided between the club's activity fund and Washington Park.
The event had been postponed from May 1 because of rain.
