ESTATE UPDATE: ATTENDS SCHOOL

CAPE GIRARDEAU -- David J. Donley and Robert (Bob) Campbell, associates with ERA Cape Realty, recently graduated from Floyd Wickman's Sweathogs to Star Training Program.

During the 12-week program, Donley and Campbell were instructed in the areas of listing properties at the right price, terms and commission, how to separate lookers from buyers, and how to negotiate offers.

Donley received an "On Track" plaque during graduation ceremonies for having listed one property for each week of the program. Campbell was voted assistant team leader during the program.

Both men received certificates of completion and Sweathog Star designations.
