June 4 Randy Leiner Music Festival This festival, held from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in Scott City Park, is designed to raise money and establish a scholarship at Southeast Missouri State University in Randy Leiner's name to benefit students in Cape Girardeau and Scott Counties. Bands featured include Common Thread, 13th Floor, Bruce Zimmerman, Chimes of Freedom, The Melroy's, Leiner Brothers Band and Salute to Randy Leiner. A minimum donation of $10.00 per person is required. Food and beverage will be available at the park.
