All program offices of the East Missouri Action Agency have moved to 1111 Linden Avenue. The site is the old WISER building next to the Cape Girardeau County Public Health Center.
They include the EMAA's community service, family planning, Head Start, housing and job training offices.
"We started moving Friday and completed the move late Monday and early Tuesday," said Nancy Williams, executive director of EMAA. "However, it's still a little cluttered in the new building since we're still trying to get everything in its place. We ask everyone to be patient with us, but we are open and ready to serve our clients at the new location."
Williams said an open house is planned for fall.
The EMAA offices were formerly at 1301 N. Kingshighway. Williams said the Linden location is more accessible and convenient to those served by the programs.
