ELECTRIC SUPPLY FIRM OPENS HERE

United Electric Supply Co.-Cape will hold its grand opening Tuesday at 470 S. Kingshighway.

"We have a management team here that provides more than 28 years combined experience in the electrical supply business," said Michael Hanschen.

Hanschen, formerly of Gordonville, has more than 20 years of experience in the field, and has returned to the area from Champaign, Ill., where he served as branch manager of Crescent Supply Co.

Jerry Reynolds, who has 20 years experience with United Electric Supply, headquartered at St. Louis, has been working out of Cape Girardeau for more than a year.

"The business in this area has grown to a point where we needed a branch here," said Reynolds.

The third member of the management team is Allan Enderle, who previously worked with Glasco Electric and has more than eight years of experience.

United Supply provides electrical supplies for commercial and industrial use to area contractors.

"We have a full line of electric supplies pipe, wire, fuses, fuse-boxes, and others," said Reynolds.

The firm is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
