SCOTT CITY -- The Scott City Parks and Recreation Department and Burger King are cosponsoring an Easter egg hunt Saturday.
Children 8 and under are invited to the Main Park in Scott City, where they will be broken into two age groups to search for more than 600 eggs on the park grounds. Among real eggs, several plastic eggs will be filled with a variety of surprises for the children.
Those wishing to participate should meet at the basketball courts in the park at about 11 a.m. Saturday. In case of rain, the event will be held at the Horseshoe Pavilion in the park.
