Local physicians will be playing roles they are unaccustomed to in the Broadway Community Theatre production of "The Odd Couple," which will be presented tonight and Saturday.

Physicians have been cast in some of the key roles as a result of the Cape County Medical Society's sponsorship of the production.

Oscar the Slob will be played by urologist Russ Felker. Among the members of the weekly poker game will be orthopedist Gordon Eller and family practitioner John Holcomb.

The Neil Simon comedy will be presented at 7 p.m. both days at the Concord Theatre. Tickets are $4 and can be purchased at the door.

Also appearing in the play will be Ronnie Phillips as the neatnik Felix and Gary Semmler as a poker buddy.

Nona Chapman and Kathy Keller also have roles in the production, which is directed by Jerry McKee.
