A court case that began in Cape Girardeau and was brought before the U.S. Supreme Court will be discussed Wednesday at Southeast Missouri State University.

"Is Involuntary, Warrantless Blood Drawing Constitutional? Missouri v. McNeely in the Supreme Court" is set for 6 p.m. at Glenn Auditorium in Dempster Hall.

The discussion will address if the Constitution protects citizens from having blood extracted and tested against their will and without a warrant in DUI cases. On the panel will be defense and prosecution attorneys from the case, Steve C. Wilson and John "Jack" Koester. Also on the panel will be Cape Girardeau County Judge William Syler and U.S. District Court Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh.
