The Arts Council of Southeast Missouri held the annual Otto F. Dingeldein Gala Friday, Sept. 10, 2021, to celebrate the arts and contributions of artists in the region. The Arts Council presented two annual awards during the gala: the Otto F. Dingeldein and Friend of the Arts Awards to members of the community who are committed to developing the arts. The gala was held at the Arts Council of Southeast Missouri, located at 16 North Spanish Street in Cape Girardeau, with a theme of Paris in the 1920’s, and also included food, music, drinks and a live auction.
