DIETITIAN AWARD

Teresa D. Vogelsang was one of two winners of Small Animal Dietitian awards, sponsored by Hills Pet Products of Topeka, Kansas.

Vogelsang, of Jackson, is a staff member of Dogwood Veterinary Hospital in Cape Girardeau, and was winner in a contest for animal hospital staff members. Susan A. Baumgardner of Morehead, Ky., was winner in the licensed veterinary technician division.

Awards were announced during the Western Veterinary Conference at Las Vegas, Nev. Each winner received $1,000 and an expense-paid trip to the conference.

Vogelsang attended Southeast Missouri State University and studied a pre-veterinary course two and a half years. She has more than two years' experience in veterinary hospitals.
