The case against Hedrick is the result of a continuing investigation by Detective Cory Mills of the Dexter Police Department.

Hedrick was arrested Oct. 10, posted the full $50,000 cash-only bond and was immediately released.

Hedrick has been charged with felony forcible sodomy and felonious restraint.

The charges stem from an incident that took place Oct. 4 at a Dexter business.
