CAPE GIRARDEAU -- A course in desktop publishing will be offered at the Cape Girardeau Area Vocational-Technical School beginning Jan. 29.
This is the first time the class has been taught at the school.
Students will be able to chose IBM, MacIntosh or Amiga computers to work on. Pagemaker, Ventura and Page Stream softwares will be taught.
Students will learn to create newsletters, documents, reports, brochures, ads and flyers.
The Desktop Publishing course meets on Tuesdays from 6:30-9 p.m. for 15 weeks.
