William F. "Fritz" Klumpp, a captain with Delta Airlines, will be guest speaker at the Cape Girardeau Christian Business Men's Luncheon Friday in the lobby meeting rooms of the Show Me Center.

The event begins at noon.

Klumpp, a senior flight instructor and line captain on B-757/767 aircraft, has conducted training seminars with CBMC for business and professional men in Europe, Africa, Australia, Canada and the United States.

He will share personal difficulties he has experienced while achieving success in his professional life, and his thoughts on issues of life.

Klumpp graduated from the Naval Academy in 1961 and completed Naval flight training in 1962. He piloted fighter aircraft aboard the U.S.S. Kittyhawk, completing more than 350 carrier landings and 136 combat missions. He also flight tested the F-4 "Phantom" for military acceptance.

His military decorations include the Distinguished Flying Cross and 11 awards of the Air Medal.

Klumpp is married to the former Ann Cassell. They have three children and four grandchildren.
