METROPOLIS, Ill. -- Want to test your luck at winning $1 million? NBC's game show "Deal or No Deal," hosted by Howie Mandel, will hold a casting call Saturday, July 22 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Metropolis, Ill.
