JACKSON -- Those who are not registered to vote in the Aug. 2 primary election have until 5 p.m. Wednesday to register, said Cape Girardeau County Clerk Rodney Miller.
The last day for people to change their address within the county is 5 p.m. July 13.
Registration sites are in Cape Girardeau at the voter registration office in the Common Pleas Courthouse Annex and at the Cape Girardeau Public Library, 711 North Clark.
In Jackson, registration sites are the county clerk's office in the county administration building and at Riverside Regional Library on Union Street.
