The three soldiers, Ithamar Hubbel, Enos Randol and Robert Wicker, all have local connections.

Members of the Cape Girardeau Baptist Association, Allen Laws Oliver Sons of the American Revolution, Missouri State Society Children of the American Revolution, both DAR chapters, Byrd Settlement Society and descendants of the soldiers will be there.
