Culligan Distribution Services is helping provide water to Hurricane Andrew victims.
"Our relief efforts have been geared toward providing one-gallon bottles of water to locations in Ft. Meyers, Ocala and Miami, Fla. for distribution to victims," said a spokesman from Culligan, headquartered at Northbrook, Ill.
The water is being shipped from Culligan's licensed producer, American Water Company in Rogers, Ark.
Culligan has arranged for an almost continuous convoy of trucks from Rogers, Ark., to Florida until the demand has been met.
