CRAFTSMEN WILL DISPLAY THEIR WORK AT RIVERFEST

Approximately 20 working craftsmen will present demonstrations during Riverfest '92 both Friday and Saturday.

Arts and crafts demonstrations and sales have been a traditional part of the downtown celebration.

The working craft demonstration area will be on the Courthouse lawn, and is free. General hours for the working craft area are Friday from 3-9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

In addition, approximately 60 artists and crafters from several states will be on hand along Main Street selling items ranging from wood crafts to jewelry to foam rubber alligators on a stick.

Ink sketches of the historical downtown area will also be available.
