The board of trustees for the Cape Girardeau County Mill Tax for Mental Health elected three new trustees and installed officers at its annual dinner Monday night.
Elected to the board were Tom Jamieson and Dr. Harold Ridings, both of Cape Girardeau, and Judy Statler of Jackson.
Harry Rediger of Cape Girardeau was elected and installed as chairman of the board. Ridings will serve as vice chairman, Statler will be secretary and Len Swan of Jackson will be treasurer.
George Jedlicka of Cape Girardeau is outgoing board chairman.
Other board members are Mary Maude Hosea of Delta, Barbara Popp and the Rev. Lonnie Eatherington of Jackson, and Becky Heuer, Jo Ann Bock and Barbara Kohlfeld, all of Cape Girardeau.
The board meets quarterly and governs the county's mill tax revenue, which voters approved to fund mental health programs. The dinner was held at the Community Counseling Center; the board toured the new facility as part of the meeting.
