A six-week coping skills clinic is scheduled this month, sponsored by the Beginning Experience of Southeast Missouri. The clinic is geared to people who are experiencing big changes in their lives such as separation, divorce or the death of a spouse.

Each session will begin at 7 p.m. on Monday evenings at the Mount Auburn Christian Church, 930 Mt. Auburn Rd., and will last about two hours.

The first two sessions are: "Dealing with being alone, loneliness and stress" on June 21; and "Adjusting to being alone again" on June 28.
