"Coping with Stress" is the topic of the May Woman to Woman luncheon Thursday at St. Francis Medical Center.
The meeting will be held at noon in conference rooms A & B at the Health and Education Centre.
Judy Stricker, an education instructor at St. Francis, will be the featured speaker. Stricker will discuss how learning to cope with stress can lower our resistance to disease. She will explain how stress can become a positive force in our lives.
