HAYTI, Mo. -- The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission has awarded a contract for improvements to the Highway 84/Interstate 55 interchange in Pemiscot County. The $1,288,755 contract was awarded to Chester Bross Construction Co./C.B. Equipment Inc., of Hannibal, Mo. Delta Regional Authority will provide $950,000 in funding for the project. The work will include grading, paving and signal installation at the Highway 84/I-55 interchange in Hayti. Work is expected to begin in the spring, with completion anticipated by the end of the summer. For more information, contact MoDOT's Customer Service Center at 888-275-6636.
