CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Mike Dean of Cape Toyota-Suzuki, 835 S. Kingshighway here, has won the Toyota District Circle of Champions for a second straight year.
Dean won the 1990 "Walk Around" event at St. Louis, and will compete in the regional competition at Kansas City this month.
He won the district and regional in 1989 and was among the top five in the national contest held at Los Angeles.

The contest is designed to increase product knowledge of Toyota. Contestants are given the name of a certain product three minutes before contest time, and must give a presentation to a mock customer.
Dean, a Houston native and graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, won in the truck competition.
Vernon Heid, also a sales representative for Toyota-Suzuki, finished second in the auto competition at the district "Walk-Around" contest.
