SIKESTON, Mo. -- A number of speakers, including USDA rural development director Greg Branum, Ron Steinmetz from Bootheel Counseling Services in Sikeston and Dr. John Stormer, author of "Death of a Nation," will address the 12th annual Rural Restoration Conference at the Best Western Coach House in Sikeston Friday through Sunday.

Other speakers for the weekend include Richard Wheeler, owner/manager of WJLY Radio in Ramsey, Ill., and panels featuring State Rep. Peter Myers Sr., the Rev. Nick Robertson, Dean Cernek, Joyce Abney and Ray Fowler.
