A Christmas concert will be held Sunday, Dec. 15, at 3 p.m. at Centenary United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau.
The concert features choirs from Cape Girardeau Central Junior and Senior high schools and the Centenary Ringers handbell choir.
The Junior Chamber singers from the junior high and under the direction of Mary Collier Mims will perform an assortment of traditional Christmas music.
The Centenary Ringers will also perform Christmas music, including an arrangement of Jingle Bell Rock. Jonathan Stewart directs the handbell choir.
The Chamber Choir from the senior high will perform Christmas music including a madrigal. Dina Strickert directs the choir.
Another Christmas concert will be held Tuesday, Dec. 10, at 7 p.m. at the Central High auditorium. The high school orchestra, band, girls choir and chamber choir will perform.
