Tenants on the first level include Consumer Credit Counseling, Sincerely Yours Secretarial Service, N.T.A. Truck Driving School and Camel Drug Counseling Service.

Blattner is finishing the second phase of the remodeling. He has added awnings, a new parking lot, and repainted the building he bought in July from Milton George and Keith Deimund.

Blattner said the building dates from the early 1950s and housed Stub's Pac-A-Snac originally. A second level was added in the 1960s.
