COMPLETES COURSE

Nick Greer, a field technician at Square One Electronics, Inc., 1749 N. Kingshighway in Cape Girardeau, recently completed Scientific Atlanta's course for video and data distribution.

The course, held at St. Louis, is designed to provide technicians with hands-on and formal training. Participants learned how to install, splice, and connect fiber optic on coaxial distribution systems.

Scientific Atlanta manufactures distribution systems for wide area computer networking, and community cable television.

Greer has seven years of technician experience. He was a former employee of Falcon Cable Co., and served in the Navy as a communications technician.
