Someone jumped a fence at a Cape Girardeau construction products company, got in one of the company's delivery trucks that was connected to a trailer and plowed through the fence Tuesday night or Wednesday morning, according to police.

Marco Construction Products reported a 2000 Ford F-350 silver flatbed truck and a 2010 Mouser Steel blue flatbed trailer were stolen from the company's headquarters at 824 S. Kingshighway.

The theft took place between 6 p.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday, Cape Girardeau police spokesman Darin Hickey said.

Both had "Marco Construction Products" painted on them, according to an email sent by the Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce encouraging its members to be on the lookout for the stolen truck and trailer.
