* What do you like most about the area? Coming from Miami, where I lived for 20 years, Cape Girardeau really gives me a sense of community. I love the change of seasons! Not too much snow but just enough to give this Florida gal some excitement.

* Favorite food: Palomilla and plantains ... a great Cuban dish!

* Favorite TV show: "CSI" -- every one of them, but especially "CSI Miami"!
