Residents and staff at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau are raising money for a joint donation to aid in tsunami relief. Donations from residents will be taken in the office of the director of social services. Now through Feb. 28, staff members can participate in "dress down Mondays" in exchange for a $1 or more donation to the relief effort.
