Fall festival at Trinity Lutheran Church

A crafts and produce sale will be held from 1 to 7 p.m. Saturday with dinner served from 3 to 7 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church of Egypt Mills. Menu includes chicken and dumplings, kettle beef, mashed potatoes, green beans, slaw, homemade bread, drink and dessert. Children under 3 eat free. Carry-outs available. Christmas and miscellaneous crafts will be available as well as apple butter, baked goods, jellies and jams, mums, pumpkins and fall garden vegetables.

A fish and chicken supper will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Oct. 7 at the Bell City Community Building on Route N. The event is sponsored by the Bell City Community Betterment Association.

Kettle beef, fried chicken dinner set for Oct. 8

The Wesley United Methodist Church will hold a kettle beef and fried chicken dinner from 3:30 to 7 p.m. Oct. 8 at 142 Carnation Lane, Highway 177, Fruitland. A country store will also be featured. Children under 5 eat free.

St. Anthony's Church to hold fall dinner

St. Anthony's Church in Glennon is having a fall dinner from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Oct. 9. The meal includes kettle beef, chicken and dumplings, dressing and all the trimmings.

Spaghetti day at St. Paul Lutheran Church

The eighth annual St. Paul Lutheran School PTL spaghetti day will be held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 14 in the fellowship hall at St. Paul Church in Jackson. The all-you-can-eat menu includes spaghetti and salad, garlic bread, dessert and drink. Tickets are available from any St. Paul student, through the school office or at the door. The event is co-sponsored by Thrivent Financial.
