Meal planned for Sunday at Oran KC Hall

Chicken and dumplings, beef and gravy, fried chicken and all the trimmings will be served from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Oran Knights of Columbus Hall, Highway 77, Oran. Children 5 and under eat free. The meal is sponsored by the Guardian Angel Home and School Association.

Family-style dinner on tap at St. Mary

Chicken and dumplings, ham, vegetables and homemade desserts will be served family-style from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Oct. 3 at St. Mary Cathedral Parish gym, 210 S. Sprigg St., Cape Girardeau. Children 5 and under eat free. Carry-outs will be available.

Tilsit church holding dinner, country store

Kettle beef, ham, and chicken and dumplings will be served at 4 p.m. Sept. 26 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 496 Route F, Jackson (Tilsit). A country store will be available. Children under 6 eat free. Carry-outs will be available.

A fried chicken dinner will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 26 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson. Proceeds will benefit Relay for Life.

The 13th annual St. Joseph Dinner Auction will be held Oct. 2 at 1705 Main St., Scott City. Doors open at 5 p.m.
