Fish and chicken supper planned in Bell City

The Bell City Community Betterment Association will hold a fish and chicken supper from 4 to 7 p.m. Sept. 16 at the Bell City Community Building on Route N.

Guardian Angel Home and School fall dinner

Guardian Angel Home and School will hold its annual fall dinner from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Oran Knights of Columbus Hall. The menu includes chicken and dumplings, beef and gravy, fried chicken and all the trimmings. Children 5 and under eat free. Eat in or carry out. For more information, call 262-3583.

Scott City K of C to hold annual Friday dinners

The Scott City Knights of Columbus Hall on U.S. 61 South will serve dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. Sept. 30, Oct. 7, 14, 21, 28 and Nov. 4. Dinners include fish and chicken and an all-you-can-eat buffet. Proceeds will benefit St. Joseph Parish, St. Denis Parish, St. Ambrose Parish, St. Lawrence Parish, St. Augustine Parish and the Knights of Columbus charitable programs. The dinner is free for children under 6 years old. Carryouts will be available.
