Rotarians flip pancakes Tuesday

The 58th annual Rotary Club Pancake Day will be held from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Jackson Armory. Pancakes, sausage and beverage are included in the price. Carry out service will be available. Children's meals are discounted, and all proceeds benefit local projects.

Steak night at the VFW slated for Saturday

The VFW Post 3838 Ladies Auxiliary will host steak night from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the VFW Hall, 1049 N. Kingshighway.

Scott City church hosts men's breakfast

The Scott City First Assembly of God will hold a men's breakfast a 7:30 a.m. March 17 to promote fellowship among men of all ages. The free, all-you-can-eat menu includes sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns, biscuit and gravy. Donations are accepted. For more information, call 264-2365.
