Bell City offers fish and chicken supper

A fish and chicken supper including drink and dessert will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Bell City Community Building on Route N, Bell City. Children under 6 eat free. The dinner is sponsored by the Bell City Community Betterment Organization.

Immanuel Evangelical to hold benefit dinner

A chicken and dumplings benefit dinner and silent auction will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 496 Route F, Jackson (Tilsit). Donations will be accepted to assist Diane Aufdenberg Birk in paying medical expenses. The dinner is co-sponsored by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans chapter 30281.

Scott City PTO selling tickets for dinner auction

Fried chicken and kettle beef, several sides, tea and coffee will be served at the Scott City PTO's first dinner auction on April 16 at Schock's Rental Hall. An auction preview begins at 5 p.m., dinner is a 6 p.m. and the auction at 7 p.m.. Proceeds will go toward new playground equipment and computers for Scott City students. Tickets are on sale now.
