The Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary's Relay for Life team will serve a fried chicken dinner from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Immaculate Conception Parish Center in Jackson. The Relay for Life will be held June 15 to 16 at Capaha Park in Cape Girardeau. Proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society.

The New McKendree United Methodist Men will hold a fried catfish and chicken breast tenders dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. March 17 at the Celebration Center, across from South Elementary. The meal includes cole slaw, baked beans, spiral potatoes, dessert and drink. Children under 5 eat free.

Grilled sausage dinner set for March 18

The St. Paul Lutheran Men's Club will hold an all-you-can-eat grilled-whole hog pork sausage dinner from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 18 at the upper level of the St. Paul multipurpose building, 223 W. Adams St., Jackson. The dinner will feature improved carryout service and added parking. Children under 6 eat free. The dinner is cosponsored by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
