Men's breakfast provides a meal and fellowship

The Scott City First Assembly of God is holding a men's breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Saturday at 312 Dearborn St., Scott City. Men of all ages are encouraged to enjoy fellowship and sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns, biscuits, gravy and more. The all-you-can-eat meal is free. Donations are accepted. Scott City First Assembly holds Friday fish fries

The Scott City First Assembly of God will hold an all-you-can-eat fish fry from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Fridays at 312 Dearborn, Scott City, throughout the season of Lent. The first will be Feb. 23, with dine-in or plate lunches available. The menu is fried fish, cole slaw, baked beans, potatoes, hush puppies and tea or coffee. Children 5 and under eat free.
