Fried chicken served at United Church of Christ
The United Church of Christ, 33 S. Ellis St., Cape Girardeau, will hold a fried chicken dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday. The menu is fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, bread, corn, cole slaw, green beans, dessert and drink.

The Scott City First Assembly of God is holding a men's breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 18. Men of all ages are invited to fellowship over sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns, biscuits, gravy and more. The meal is free but donations are accepted.
Annual Thanksgiving dinner and craft bazaar
The annual Thanksgiving dinner and craft bazaar begins at 3 p.m. Nov. 18 at Patton United Methodist Church. Carry-outs will be available. Children 5 and under eat free.
