Abundant Life plans Thanksgiving dinner

A Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings will be served at Abundant Life Church, located at Route K and U.S. 25, from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. today.

Diners may eat in or carry out. Call 243-7827 early to arrange for delivery. Cost is $6, though meal is free to those who qualify. All proceeds will go to Shepherd's Cove Children's Home. Call the church office at 243-7827 for more information.

All-you-can-eat dinner scheduled for Friday

DELTA, Mo. -- The Delta Church of God of Prophecy will host an all-you-can-eat chicken and dumpling dinner from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Community Center in Delta.

Carry-outs will be available. Cost is $5 for adults, $2.50 for children 6-12, children five and under eat free. Call Mike Birkman at (573) 450-7252 for more information.

Dinner and craft bazaar to be held Saturday

PATTON, Mo. -- The Patton United Methodist Church has scheduled a Thanksgiving dinner and craft bazaar for Saturday with serving beginning at 3 p.m.

The menu will include turkey, ham, dressing and all the trimmings. Carry-outs will be available. Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children 6-12, children five and under eat free.
