All-you-can-eat dinner offered Friday at Delta church

The Delta Church of God of Prophecy will hold an all-you-can-eat ham and chicken and dumplings dinner from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Community Center in Delta. Carryouts are welcome.

New Salem homecoming will hold dinner and auction

The New Salem United Methodist Church on Route AA in Daisy will hold an annual homecoming basket dinner at noon Sunday followed by a 1 p.m. auction of crafts and baked goods. All members, former members and friends are invited to attend.

St. Denis Parish plans annual raffle and family-style dinner

St. Denis Parish of Benton, Mo., will have its annual all-you-can-eat family-style dinner from 10:30 a.m. till 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the parish center. Menu includes chicken and dumplings, kettle beef, chicken and dressing, sweet potatoes, buttered potatoes, green beans, corn, slaw and homemade desserts. Children 5 and under eat free. Carry-outs will be available. Raffle tickets for quilts, a circular saw, a necklace and a savings bond will be available up to the day of the event.
